Patrick JosephLENNON'Pat' Dearly beloved husband of Pauline 'Polly' and much loved father of Paul sadly passed away at Myton Hospice on 4th December 2017 aged 52 years. Deeply missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Friday, 29th December 2017 in Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 1.45 pm.
