Jeremy SyerBELCHAM ('Jem')'Jem' Jem Belcham died on Sunday 24th May 2020 following a long battle with dementia. Area Planning Officer at SCDC for over 40 years, until his retirement in 2006. Loving Husband, Dad and Father-In-Law to Yvonne, Jo, Claire, Nathan and Adam. Doting Grandpa to Toby, Phoebe and Isla. Grateful thanks to Home Instead Caregivers, Etheldred Care Home in Histon and Arthur Rank Hospice. I always remember my time working at SCDC, with you and many others, with great fondness. Great memories of lovely people, including you. The Laughter and jokes we all had at times. It was a sad day when I heard of your passing. RIP Jem
