ElwynBISHOPRetired Headteacher of Kings Road Junior School, Chelmsford, former Member and Chairman of Braintree District Council and former Member of Essex County Council. Died suddenly but peacefully on 23rd February 2021 aged 90. Loving Husband to Agnes, beloved Father to Jane, Sue and Sarah, dearly loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. A private funeral service will be held. Sadly missed by all who knew him. To an absolutely wonderful Head teacher. Thanks to you and your lovely staff I had such a wonderful education at Kings Road School, so much so, that I became a Headteacher too!
