VeraPHILLIPSON(Formerly of 73 Teesdale Gardens, High Heaton) Peacefully in hospital after a short illness on the 29th July, aged 94 years, Vera (nee Dowling), the beloved wife of the late Joe Phillipson, much loved mam of Terry, John and Dave and also a loving mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Vera will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Would friends please meet for Requiem Mass at St. Teresa's RC Church, Heaton on Monday 16th August at 10.45am. Restrictions apply. Cremation to follow at West Road Crematorium at 12 noon. By request, family flowers only, donations if so desired to The Little Sisters of the Poor.
