SueCHAPMANIt is with great sadness we announce Sue passed away peacefully after a brave and dignified fight on 11th August aged 54 years at Lindsey Lodge Hospice, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Much loved wife and soul mate of Dave, adored mum to Carl and Rachel, loved daughter of Eddie and the late Sheila, special mother in law of Tasha and Paul, most loving and cherished nanny, sister, aunty and great friend to many A funeral service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium on Monday 2nd September, 11.20am. Family flowers only please, donations in Sue's memory to benefit Lindsey Lodge Hospice may be left following the service.
