Patricia AnnCOLLINS (Yarde)Yarde The family of the late Patricia would like to express their sincere thanks to all their relatives and friends for the many messages of support, prayers, mass intentions, stories and condolences received which have supported them greatly during their recent loss. The serene Requiem Mass celebrated by Fr Brian Gray with beautiful music provided by Paul Elliott also gave great comfort to the family; thank you. On behalf of Diabetes UK, the family would like to acknowledge the many generous donations made in Patricia's name. They also extend their gratitude and prayers to the many carers, nurses, doctors and consultants who provided such diligent care to Patricia throughout her life. In particular they would like to thank the medical teams at Roath House Surgery, Brynderwen Surgery, and the University Hospital of Wales at Heath and Llandough. Special thanks are extended to the staff of C7 at the University Hospital of Wales Heath, for the care given to Patricia and the family during her last days. The family would also like to extend their thanks to Gareth Coles and the entire team at Coles Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they provided their services.
