Evelyn MargaretCOOKCOOK EVELYN Margaret, Keith and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence and generous donations to The British Heart Foundation and the Tuesday Luncheon Club received in their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to Dr Aggarwal and staff and District Nurses at Meltham Rd Surgery, staff of Ward 9 Dewsbury District Hospital and the staff at Ings Grove Care Home, Mirfield for all their help and support. Thanks also to Canon Michael Storey for his kind and fitting tribute, to the staff at A E Cooper & Son, Crosland Hill Rd for their help and our gratitude to everyone for the overwhelming attendance at the Funeral Service, your presence was greatly appreciated.
