We extend our gratitude and thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their visits, floral arrangements, prayers, phone calls and to those who made a memorial donation to the "Children with Leukemia" organization. To Dr. Nicola Brock and Physicians of Parkside Family Practice, District Nurses and staff of Radis. Thank you for the excellent care given to our Father that allowed him to remain in his home. To the Reading Paramedic and Ambulance Services, the Doctors and staff members of the A & E and CDU departments of the Royal Berkshire Hospital for their care and compassion. To the Reverend Derek Spears for his comforting and spiritual guidance, the Choir and Organist of St. Peter's Church, Earley that added to the beautiful service celebrating Bill's long life.
