Thanks to the staff of Camelot Lodge for all their wonderful care of Betty. Also to everyone who attended the uplifting service at St. Paul's Church, led by Reverend Andy Humm, and to Helen for providing the refreshments afterwards. Special thanks to Simon Tucker and colleagues of Walter H. Squires & Son for their thoughtful handling of all the arrangements.
