Vivian JeanPHILLIPSand family would like to thank all relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and floral tributes during their recent loss. Thank you also to everyone who attended Vivian's funeral, to Rev Stuart Lisk for a sincere and moving service and to John, of James Summers, for the professional manner in which Vivian's funeral was organised. Thank you for the generous donations given to The Heart Foundation and to our special friends Lynne and Gerald Farr. Thanks also to Splott Community Nurses for making Vivian's last few days comfortable and to Spiro, from St Peter's Club for refreshments. Thank you to my children and grandchildren for helping me through this very sad time and to Hannah, my youngest grandchild, whose courage at the service would have made her Grampy proud. Vivian was a very special man who will be sadly missed by all his family.

Together again at last you both are but I’m here broken hearted but I can mend and heal. One day I will smile and hold your memories in my heart forever. Thanks for everything you both ever gave to me and my boys and teaching us the real meaning of love. I miss you both millions and until we meet again your forever loving grandaughter Nicola xx
