David CharlesTHOMASMoira and the family of the late David wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone for so many kind messages of sympathy, for the amazing floral tributes and to all who attended the Service for David at The Woodlands Crematorium. Special thanks to all at Boldmere Sports and Social Club, to Co-op Funeral Services for their care and help and to Vince Williams for such an appropriate Service, which enabled Dave to have the "send off" he so desired. Thanks to all for such generous donations totalling £1,137.00 to date, which will be split between Ward 19 Heartlands Hospital and Cancer Research UK.
