Forshaw for the Funeral Mass held at St. Peters Church, Stalybridge on Friday 23rd March. Special thanks to Desmond, Paddy, Vinny and John O'Connor and families for their support during this very difficult time, to neighbours of Derek on Silverthorne Close, Stalybridge, the British Protection Pub (Paul and Netti), Mr & Mrs P. Murphy, Mr J. Dolan, Mrs Catherine Zolgadri, Mr Mike Powell, Mr Malcolm McGiver, Karen & Doug Murray and family, Pat and Stephen Loughlin and family, Lorna and Ian Schora, Louise Durber and family, Management and Staff of The Mill Pond, Stalybridge, Margaret and Staff at Vernon/Shipley Funeral Service, and to the overwhelming kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and donations received. Heartfelt thanks to all who attended. Wendy, Emma and James take pride that so many attended to celebrate their father's life. He was taken suddenly and will be greatly missed, never to be replaced. Derek joins his wife Margaret - Sadly missed by all and lovingly remembered.
