Pamela MaureenJACKLINThe family of the late Pam Jacklin would like to thank all of her friends who attended the service and celebration of her wonderful life. Through your kind generosity £246 was raised for The Alzheimer's Society. Thank you for the many messages and cards of sympathy, which have been a great support to Clarry and the rest of the family at this sad time. Thank you to the staff at Rathside Care Home and Scunthorpe Hospital, who cared with patience, love and compassion for Pam during the last few months of her life. Thanks to all at Co-op Funeralcare, especially Jo for making the arrangements, and to Rev Jeff Wilson for his comforting service. Sleep peacefully Pam after a life well lived.
