Special thanks are expressed to the Doctors and nursing staff at Hafan Iechyd for their care and kindness during Pat's illness. To the staff of Padarn Ward at the Eryri Hospital who nursed Pat to enable her to come home and to the staff of Cymorth Llaw who cared for Pat with dignity and kindness in her last few weeks. To the Rev. C. Williams for his comforting words and prayers. To Blodyn Tatws for the splendid floral wreath and finally, to Gwilym Jones & Son Funeral Directors who attended to the family's wishes with compassion.
