JONESGraham Peacefully on Thursday November 6th 2014 at The Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Graham aged 79 Years of Burslem. The dearly loved and devoted husband of Iris. Loving dad of Steven and Judy. Treasured grandad of Samantha, husband David and great grandad of Elizabeth and Suzannah. Much loved brother of Beryl, Linda, partner Alan and the late Olwyn. Loved and respected by Christine, also a dear friend to many. Graham will be sadly missed, but always remembered. Graham's funeral service will be held at Carmountside crematorium, on Monday 17th November at 11:30 am. would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations preferred to Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
