On 21st August 2012 at Lincoln County Hospital, Howard Railton Barker, dearly loved husband of Janet, devoted and treasured father of Caroline and Sally and father-in-law to Marc, cherished grandad of Briony and Abigail, and stepgrandad to Matthew and Emmeline. Now at peace after much suffering bravely borne.
Funeral service at the Salvation Army Citadel, 106 High Street, Lincoln on Monday 3rdSeptember at 2.30pm, committal at Lincoln Crematorium 3.10pm and afterwards at Washingborough Hall from 4pm. All who knew him welcome at all or part of the proceedings.
Flowers welcome or donations to Diabetes UK or Alzheimer's Research UK c/o Co-operative Funeral Services, 12 Portland Street, Lincoln, LN5 7JX.
