Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday 26th March 2013 10.00am in The Anglesey Chapel at Bretby Crematorium. Family flowers only please donations for The Specialist Cancer Unit at Churchill Hospital, Oxford (please make cheques payable to MG Evans Donations Account) may be sent to M G Evans Funeral Directors, 20 Albert Road, Tamworth, Staffs, B79 7JN.
