SamuelBARTONSam Sadly on Wednesday 29th August 2018 Sam, much loved son of Janet and David. Dearly loved brother of Tom and Robert, loving dad of Izaak. He will be sadly missed by Nicola and by all his family and many friends. Funeral Wednesday 26th September when a Service will be held at Llanelli Crematorium, 1:00pm. Family flowers only but donations in lieu, if so desired to Glamorgan House Family Development Centre c/o St. James Funeral Home, 31 St. James Gardens, Uplands, Swansea SA1 6DT Tel: 01792 643840.
