A send off for Andrew will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 13th March at 2.00 p.m. Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Yorkshire Air Ambulance or Neuro Surgery Ward at LGI. Any enquiries to Deborah Ingham at Huddersfield Funeral Service. Tel: 01484 451313. No mourning clothes are necessary, will friends please accept this intimation. on 19th February, 2015 Aged 28 years
