JeffBOOTHPeacefully at rest on the 14th March 2018 whilst in the loving care of his family at the RSUH. Jeffrey Allan of Dimsdale aged 68 years.

The dearly beloved Partner of Linda. Devoted Dad to Wayne, Gary and Clint. A loving and much loved Grandad who will be truly missed.

Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 26th April 2018 at 2.15pm.

Would all relatives and friends please meet at the Crematorium. Flowers are acceptable as are donations if preferred to the UHNM Charity (Haemodialysis Clinic)
