PatBOURKEPassed away suddenly at home on Thursday 11th June 2015 aged 52 years. A beloved Husband and Best Friend to Jacqui. A loving Father to Matt, Luke, Jen and James and Grandad to Grace, Alannah and Hollie. A loving Son to Veronica and the late Bill. Dearest Brother to Maureen, Angela, Ron, Ann and Michael. Beloved Uncle to all his Nieces and Nephews and Brother-In-Law to Ive, Karen and Martin. Pat will be so sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. The Funeral Service will take place at St. Catharine's Church, London Road on Monday 29th June at 12 noon followed by a Private Cremation.
