WalterCOATESOn 12th March 2017, peacefully in hospital, Walter, aged 84 years and of Whitefield. The dearly beloved husband of Doris, much loved dad of Steven, Paul and Carol, dear father-in-law of Adele, Gary, Lisa and Linda, devoted grandad of Stephanie, Yvonne and Ashley and great-grandad of Max and Ethan. The funeral service will take place at St. Andrew's Church, Whitefield on Wednesday 29th March at 12.30pm, followed by committal at the East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe. Family flowers only please; donations, if desired, for the benefit of Diabetes UK. Donations may be forwarded along with all enquiries to Paul Williams Independent Funeral Directors, 138-140 Bury New Road, Whitefield, M45 6AD. Tel: 0161 796 6018.
