ValerieCURNOW (Val)Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the morning of Sunday 7th July 2019 aged 79 years. Val was a devoted and loving wife to Clive, much loved Mam to Diane and Jill, and an amazingly special Grandma to Dale and Emily. Val had recently become a cherished Great Grandma to Arete. Also a beloved mother in law, sister, aunt and friend. Would family and friends please meet for service at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Tuesday 16th July 2019 at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired are for the British Heart Foundation.

Val was a lovely woman and she dedicated much time to looking after elderly people back in the early 1980's. She was my Nan's Home Help and was a pleasure to be around. Always smiling and always willing to do what she could to help out. Thank you Val for looking after so many people.
