Michael DavidCURTIS (Mick)Mick Passed peacefully away at home with all his family by his side, on 7th January 2020, aged 82 years. Much loved husband and best friend to Shirley for sixty years. Beloved dad to Jackie and Steve and their partners Simon and Katrina. Adored grandad to his three special grandchildren Jai, Ruby and Rose. Will be missed by his best buddy, Chenson. Respected and loved by many. Funeral Service at the Parish Church of St Peter, Fremington on Monday 27th January at 11:30am. Family flowers only, please. Donations if so desired, to the Head and Neck Cancer Unit, Wonford Hospital, Exeter, at the Service or c/o W. S. Gayton & Son, Lauderdale, Bickington, Barnstaple, EX31 2LB.

Dear Shirley and family.

I was saddened to hear of Micks' passing from my brother Keith yesterday. While I have not seen either of you for several years as my visits from Perth Australia have been sporadic, I have very fond memories of playing cricket with Mick when I was in my teens and his friendship and support at that time. I also remember Micks' help to my family when my Dad became a quadriplegic all those years ago.
