Dad, I keep thinking I must ring you to see if you are OK, your usual answer would be “I’m Still Here”, then I remember you are not, It a lot harder then I thought it would be, will miss you, and your banter, love from No 1 daughter,

Missing the witty banter already. I would do your shopping and say things like 'no bungee jumping or swingers party whilst i'm out'. Once you replied 'I forgot about that woman I had in the cupboard, I'd better let her out, she'll be hungry.' You were also the most awkward, miserable old man I ever knew but as you pointed out, 'at 84 I deserve to be'. Yes, you earned the right. Only you could go and snuff it in a pandemic without having the disease! It's going to be a bumpy ride and we will all miss you greatly. Love you Dad. xx

Goodbye Tony. I will always remember our two weeks in Florida with you Martyn and Charlotte. What a great holiday and great memories when you all came to Devon and Cornwall in the summer when we were growing, up singing daft songs in the car. On the way home to our house. You will be sorely missed.

Dad I want to thank you for everything you did for me you really was such a special bloke and I’m struggling without you, I’m so glad we had that chat in hospital.
I will make sure Ruairí knows what an amazing person and that you was a true gentleman. Still can’t believe your gone, until we meet again....love you with all my heart Martyn x
