John AlbertFATHERBERRY REST IN PEACE Father John Berry former Parish Priest of Holy Cross & St Francis Church, Walmley 1978-2008. Died peacefully on Wednesday January 30th at St Giles' Hospice, Lichfield aged 79 having been fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church and surrounded by parishioners who cared for and loved him. As a parish we must thank God for his many years of labour in the vineyard and pray for his soul. May he Rest in Peace. He will be received into Holy Cross & St Francis Church, 1 Signal Hayes Road, B76 2RS on Thursday 14th February 2013 at 7pm. His Requiem Mass on Friday 15th February 2013 at 11.30am followed by burial at Middleton Graveyard. No flowers, however, donations gratefully received for The Johnson Fund on day of funeral.
