LilianGOODFELLOW ((Lily))(Lily) Peacefully at rest whilst at home and in the presence of her loving husband and family on the 27th March, 2020. Lily aged 87 years of Madeley. Devoted Wife of John, much loved Aunt and Great Aunt. Lily will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Thursday 16th April, 2020 at 13:20pm. Family flowers only and donations much appreciated to Alzheimer's Society. The Callender family from Darlington, Nephew Keith, his wife Elaine, daughters Louise and Alice and Granddaughter Erin lovingly remember Aunty Lily for her warmth, kindness and welcoming smile. The times when we stayed with her and Uncle John at John Offley Road where there was always home made pies and cakes waiting for us on arrival. The Mince pies were particularly a favourite of Louise and Alice. Summer was a time when they returned to their roots in the North East to visit their brothers and sisters. Lily and John loved their holidays at Bamburgh and Summerhouses. I can still picture Lily and Alice at Seahouses in the rock pools. Aunty Lily will be sadly missed by us all.
