Jeffrey JeffHEATHHEATH Jeffrey (Jeff) Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 19th, 2008 at NSRI, Jeff aged 79 years of Burslem, devoted husband of Thelma, treasured dad of Colin, loved father-in-law of Katie, much loved grandad of Joshua and Louis, also a dear brother-in-law. Jeff will be sadly missed but fondly remembered. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday April 2nd at Tunstall Methodist Church at 12.15pm followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation and friends please meet at the church. No flowers by request but if preferred donations to the UHNS Charitable Fund (ward14) Donations & inquiries to: HOPKINSON, WOOTTON, LOVATT, Independent Funeral Directors, 15, Chetwynd Street, Wolstanton.
