Samuel (Sam)HUGHESPassed away peacefully on Thursday October 11th, 2012 whilst at the Haywood Hospital, Sam, aged 91 years of Bradeley Village. A much loved and loving husband of Dais, much loved and cherished dad of Mary and Carol and loved father-in-law of Harry and Billy, treasured grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad and loved brother of Alice. Sam will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all his devoted family and friends. Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday October 23rd, 2012 at 11.20am. Would relatives please accept this the only intimation and all friends wishing to attend are kindly requested to meet at the crematorium. Donations in lieu of flowers in memory of Sam payable to, 'North Staffs Combined Healthcare trust Fund', for the Syringe Driver Fund, Chatterley Ward at Haywood Hospital c/o the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to CO-OPERATIVE FUNERALCARE 1 Park Avenue, Wolstanton. Telephone 711244 / 838724 / 315238
