DarrenJENKINSONIt is with great sadness to announce that Darren passed away suddenly at The Royal Derby Hospital on the 30th January 2019 aged 52 years. Dearly loved son of Peter and Carol, much loved brother of Heath, treasured uncle to Angela, Mac and Oliver. Also a loving nephew and cousin. Darren will be very sadly missed by all of his family and many friends. A celebration of Darren's life will be held on Friday 8th March at 1.30 pm at Trent Valley Crematorium, Derby Road, Aston on Trent, Derby, DE72 2AF. All welcome. All enquiries to Co-operative Funeralcare, Chaddesden, Derby. Tel 01332 281442.

In addition to Debby Wetton's comment I, Luke, would like to add that Darren was a good man and fatherly figure to me at a time when I felt alone. He understood how I felt and he taught me a few valuable lessons about becoming a man that I still benefit from today. I will sorely miss my good friend and I will not forget what he taught me in our time together. Goodbye Darren, lots of love. Luke xxx

Only just seen this, our hearts go out to Carol and Pete and all of Darren's family.

we have such great memories of our time in his life and have always spoken of him with fondness, he was a generous, kind and amazing friend to me and to Luke and we're so sorry we missed the chance to say good-bye.

rest in peace Darren, free of the world that at times was far too cruel to you.
