MoniqueKACZMAREKI have a confession to make and apology, l Monique Kaczmarek aged 85 years after a short stay in hospital at QMC Nottingham, entered Heaven's gates on 04.05.2019, leaving daughters Yannick, Chantal and son Bronislaw & grand & great grandangels wondering where I'd got too. I was born in Paris 03/07/1933 and resided in Nottingham from the age of 19, working until my retirement as a nurse at Mapperley Hospital, Nottingham and then onto working voluntarilly at QMC Nottingham. My funeral service will be held at Wilford Hill Crematorium West Chapel on Friday 21st June at 1.40pm. No flowers please as any donations received will go to my cat Holly's favourite Holiday Home. Although many of my family and friends will not be attending, as they decided to beat me to those pearly gates, l wish to say to any people remaining, "AUREVOIR" for now and to thank you all for sharing my beautiful life with you all. God was going to call your name
In life we loved you dearly
In death we do the same

It broke our hearts to lose you
You did not go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home

You left us peaceful memories
Your love is still our guide
And although we cannot see you
You are always by our side

Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again

You strength was inspirational
A truly remarkable dame
Now God has called to to his side
And released you from your pain

You left behind a legacy
Of daughters, sons and more
