Flowers may be sent to Kettle Limited, 135 Granville Street, Grimsby, or if preferred donations for " Macmillan Cancer Relief" may be sent to the Macmillan Appeal Office, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Scartho Road, Grimsby, DN33 2BA.
