John BrianMOUNTFORD ((Brian))(Brian) Sadly passed away on 3rd November 2019 after a long illness, fought with courage and dignity, Brian, aged 78 years. The much loved husband of Margaret, a very special dad of Dawn and Debbie, loving father in law of Colin and Nigel. A brilliant grandad to Scott, Ben and Alex and special great grandad to Freddie and Isaac. Much loved by Becky, Sam, Summer, loved brother, brother in law, nephew, uncle and cousin. Brian will be missed by close friends, family and neighbours. Funeral service at Swan Bank Methodist Church, Burslem on Tuesday November 26th at 11.30am, followed by interment at Brown Edge Cemetery, ST6 8TD. Will relatives and friends please meet at the church. Floral tributes welcome or if preferred, donations for the North Staffs Heart Committee c/o the family. Miss you so much already Grand. You will always remain in my mind and heart as the strong, funny, fellow stubborn Leo who made us laugh with your random interpretations of Elvia and Jonny Cash songs. I’m so glad you met little Isaac and Freddie still asks about you daily and fondly shouts Grandad Brian when he see’s your photo. You will never be forgotten Grand xx
