I'm so sorry to read this. Mr Nelson was my head teacher at Ryton Juniors 30 years ago. I only have fond memories of his smile, kindness and positivity. My thoughts are with you all x

Dear Anne and family, I am so sorry that Tim has died. It was good to work with him at Ryton for he was always concerned that every child should have full access to a broad education that was also fun. I still treasure the book of prayers he gave me when he left. He was a supportive adviser too. "Living God, we thank you ,For you have lit the day with the sun’s light and the midnight with shining stars.Lighten our hearts with the bright beams of the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in his wings, Jesus Christ Our Lord. And so preserve us in the doing of your will, that at the last we may shine as the stars for ever, through the same Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

Dear Anne and family
So sad to learn that Tim lost his battle after a long and courageous fight. Education has lost one of its best. He was such a well respected man as a Head Teacher Colleague at Ryton Juniors, as an adviser at the Dryden Centre and as an OfSTED inspector. I have very fond memories of working with him ,his humour and above all his professionalism,
Much love

Dear Anne and family. Jesus said, "Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory," As we feel the absence of Tim we can be glad that he is with his Lord. Love from Bill.
Dera Anne and Family. May You :
