ChristopherO'SULLIVAN ((JIMLAD))O'SULLIVAN Christopher (JIMLAD) Suddenly but peacefully with his loving family by his side Chris aged 53 years sadly passed away at the RSUH on Sunday March 17th 2019, now reunited with his late mum and dad. A much loved dad to Nathan and Kareena, loving brother to Linda and Debbie. Chris will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all his loving family and friends. Funeral Service and cremation to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 1st April 2019 at 2pm, would relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium Flowers Welcome Enquiries to: Co-op Funeralcare Sandon Road Meir, Stoke-on-Trent Tel. 01782 315238 / 711244
