Carol PatriciaPARKER (nee Warren)nee Warren Passed away in Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on 5th February 2019, aged 71 years. Partner to Phil Lambe, widow of Raymond Parker (deceased) and David Vincent (deceased). Loving mum to Owen and Miriam, foster mum to Andrew and grandma to Chloe-Jayne, Jade, Kieron and Grace. The funeral service will take place in St Peter's Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Monday 25th February 2019 at 10.30am. Family flowers only Donations are welcome for The Salvation Army SW Division & The Stroke Unit, RD & E Hospital (Clyst Ward) and may be left by retiring collection.
