John LewisPHELPSDied peacefully in hospital on 5th December age 69 years. Dearly loved Husband to Kathleen. Devoted Dad to Joanne and Dawn, Step Dad to Chris, much loved Grandad to Kian, Jonah, Evie, Molly, Emma and Scott, also a much loved Brother of Trevor and Alan, and friend to many. Service to be held at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Thursday 12th December at 4:00pm. Would all family and friends please meet at the Crematorium chapel. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Kathleen, We send our love and condolences to you and your family. It was great pleasure to meet John and we will have fond memories of our time with you both .John was a very generous and caring man and we had lots of laughs with him as well.
Sadly it took 50 years to meet him but those memories will always be with us Take Care Brian & Karen from Australia
