CarolPOTTSAnn Peacefully at rest on 22nd March 2018 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Carol, aged 70 years of Bucknall, much loved mum of Stephen, Michelle, and the late Mark, a dear mother-in-law of Odette and Chris, treasured nana of Tom, Josh and Charlie, a dear sister of Peter and the late Mary, dearly loved companion of Tony. Carol will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service and cremation will be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 19th April 2018 at 1.30pm, would all relatives please accept this intimation and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations preferred to FEAU (Ward 122) at the Royal Stoke University Hospital and North Staffs MIND.
