Much loved husband of Lynne.
Loving dad to Claire and Katy.
Dear son-in-law of Geoff and Rita,
brother-in-law to Ann and brother to
Steve, Sally, Susan, Karen and Carol.

The funeral service will be held in the
Carnarvon Chapel, Bretby Crematorium on Monday 16th July 2018 at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please.
Black need not be worn.

Donations in memory of Mark may be placed in the collection box following the service
and will be forwarded to
R.S.P.C.A (Burton Branch)
to whom cheques should be made payable to.
