Devoted husband of Shirley, a much loved dad to Ivor and Andrew, in-laws Lesley and Alison and a loving grandad of Mark, Luke, Niall and Chloe. Sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 29th August, 10.30am at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. No flowers please, but donations for Macmillan Nurses may be left at the service. "Charlie" was my uncle. Though I miss him everyday, it is not with sadness. Quite simply: I cherish(ed) the warmth; his smile and his laughter. I can still hear it now.

I feel fortunate to have known you Charlie, and just wanted to put my sentiment somewhere.
