So sad to discover, too late, that my beloved cousin had passed away. I came to Newcastle last July in the hope of seeing her, telephoned without a response but called at the last address I had for her. Now I understand why. Hers was the only contact I had. I missed the chance to see her one last time and kick myself for not doing what I just did; consult the web. So many happy memories from way back before the war. She was a year older than me, dear old thing. My deep condolences to Graham and the family. You’ll surely miss her. From her cousin Robin Ray
