It was an honour and a privilege to have known Graham. I am sad to hear of his passing. A person of great character, kindness and thoughtful. He and Ann were a wonderful team.
My thoughts are with his dear family.

Our thoughts are with Ann and the rest of the family. Graham always made us feel very welcome, when we visited. He was a massive support to my mum when she needed it the most.
Remembering the laughs we had together
Rest In Peace with love

So sad, knew Graham when he was CPO, shared some good chats over the years and always welcomed his sound advice.

My uncle Graham was always great fun to be around. As a kid I have many fond memories of him including watch my first Rocky film on his new VHS player, playing with pistols with my cousin Jonathan, that he had made out of bits of plastic. As I got older I remember several parties where he was the life and sole singing folk songs with the rest of the family whilst Auntie Ann was telling him off for being drunk and acting the fool. My wife Nicki and kids also thought the world of uncle Graham. My son Joseph always looked forward to getting jelly babies from him which made him feel particular special. More recently he helped and advised us when we had an issue that only he knew how to deal with. There is so much more I could say......I/we will miss him forever and know he will be looking down on us with a whiskey in his hand a smile on his face. Love James, Nick, Joseph, Emily and Thomas xxxxx

Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are at losing someone so special from our family and who meant so much to us all. After bravely battling with diabetes for many years, never complaining, this terrible disease finally beat him and he was suddenly taken away from us. Graham played a special part in all our lives, always there to support each one of us in our hour of need. Graham’s departure will leave a void in our hearts but he has left us all with a storybook of fond and loving memories to treasure. He will be greatly missed but most certainly not forgotten. Rest in Peace Graham xxxxx

I too meet Graham when he was Chair of the Child Protection Conferences. We also ran numerous training courses together and attended conferences all over Wales. Many a song by Graham to entertain us all during the evenings. A lovely person who will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with his family at this very sad time. Sorry I am abroad on Friday but will be thinking of you all and will toast Graham. Alison (NWP)

I met Graham many years ago when he worked in Social Services. He was an excellent Chair of conferences ensuring that young people and their families were treated fairly. I have attended many conferences in England and Wales and have to say Graham knew his job inside out.A few years ago I bumped into him in Stockport still with that lovely smile. Thank you Graham for all the care and support you offered not only to families but also to colleagues.Such a lovely man my love and thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
