Jack ShuffSHUFFLEBOTHAMPlease pray for Jack who died peacefully whilst in the loving care of his family at home in Biddulph on the 9th September 2019, aged 20 years. Treasured and truly unique Son of Julie and John. A loving and much loved Brother to Amy-Jane. A dearest Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and friend who was fortified with the rites of the Holy Catholic Church. We pray he now rests in peace. Reception into Church and Requiem Mass at English Martyrs RC Church, Biddulph on Tuesday 17th September 2019 at 2.00pm. Followed by interment in Biddulph Burial Ground. Would all relatives and friends please meet at the Church. Flowers are acceptable, as are donations if preferred to Teenage Cancer Trust or the Christie Foundation.
