The obituary notice of Violet Wallace (VI) SYMONS

Vi you were such a lovely person to Vinod and I you were kind and generous and always made time to chat to us you will be forever missed and remain in our hearts forever god bless and may you Rest In Peace.

I'll always remember Vi Symons for being not only a brilliant headmistress of Harlow Green infants the school all of my 4 children attended in the 1990's, she was especially helpful with my son when he was in nursery there and helped him throughout the infants to learn and prepare him for juniors , she also let me be a volunteer at her school and gave me a glowing reference for my job as a preschool assistant at Cromer preschool 19 years ago and I'm still there now . Always remember her at school activities and harvest festivals and at end of term assemblies , I still have recordings of some plays and happy memories as do my children Laura , Katy , Charlotte and Jonathan .. she will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her , always smiling at the children and her smile would light up the room .RIP Mrs Symons .Thank you for everything you did for our family .

Mrs Symons was an inspirational headteacher who knew all her students by name and always had time for her students and parents, she will be fondly remembered. Rest in peace Vi knowing you have made a difference to a lot of young people.

Dear Allan,
I am very sorry that Vi has died so suddenly. She was indeed an inspiration and a joy to work alongside. She taught and helped so many people. We had such fun working with Vi. There should be more people like her in the world.

Two of my daughters attended Harlow green infants when Mrs Symons was head there. Both Have wonderful memories of her. She knew every child by name, she was so kind and you knew your child was safe in her hands. Mrs Symons was certainly one in a million. Rest in peace knowing you have made a difference to a lot of families.
