Jade LaurenTENNANTPeacefully on 6th January 2019 at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Jade, darling daughter of Laura and Steven, adored sister of Oliver, cherished stepdaughter of Helen, loving sister of Ava, Amy and Harriet, special granddaughter of Rita, Terry, Val and Doug. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Swansea Crematorium, Wednesday 23rd January at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Teenage Cancer Trust c/o St. James Funeral Home, 31 St. James Gardens, Uplands, Swansea SA1 6DT Tel: 01792 643840. Please wear something pink for Jade.
