TerryTHOMASEx Matrix Churchill Employee, aged 74 years. Passed away peacefully with his family around him on 5th February 2010. Beloved Husband of Beryl. Devoted Dad to Neil, Leigh and Glyn. Much loved Father-in-Law to Kay, Jennifer and Debbie and precious Grandad to Grant, Jamie, Sian and Owen. Will be sadly missed by all who knew and love him. Funeral Service to take place on Monday 22nd February 2010 at 1.00 p.m. in the Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium. All family friends and work colleagues are welcome to attend. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to be made payable to W.N.A.A. (Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance) or Macmillan Cancer Support may be sent c/o Heart of England Co-op Society. Funeral Services, 184 Ansty Road, Coventry, CV2 3EX. Tel: 02476 650619.
