ChrisWEATHERBYManaging Director of J.H. Weatherby & Sons Peacefully on Wednesday 28th August 2019, Christopher Stuart aged 78 years. The most precious husband of Christine and a devoted dad and grandad. A service to celebrate the life of Chris will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church, Crewe Road, Alsager on Tuesday 17th September at 11am. Followed by a private cremation. Would friends wishing to attend please meet at the church. Some colour in your clothing is encouraged. No flowers but donations, if desired, would be gratefully accepted for Leukaemia UK. A donation plate will be at the church. The family would like anyone with memories of Chris to provide something in writing which will be added to a family remembrance book. Only just heard about Chris's passing. Lovely lovely man, whom we have known from Nantwich Sailing Club, my Dad & Chris enjoyed many a Sunday afternoon at the sailing club, racing against one another and then having a good old laugh in the club house afterwards. He was so kind at my Father's funeral in June. Our thoughts are with Chris & his children. Sad times.

Knew Chris from when the Trent River Big Band visited Audley Theatre as I was the Front Of House Manager at the time, Such a nice gentleman and I am sure he will be sorely missed.
