It was only a few months ago that I became aware that your Glennis had passed away this day 2014.
I remember her well while staying with her wonderful mum and dad on Beckhampton Road. I was in effect a lodger but and reality was made to feel like one of the family. I'm sure that had it not been for them offering me a roof over my head I would have finished up on the streets.
During a quiet moment, and there weren't many of those, I propped myself up in a corrner of their living room and sketched Glennis Circa 1966. Still have that drawing - guess it's because of a forlorn hope that one day I might have been able to share it with the sitter.
Will never forget the kindness shown to me by your family.
