Barrie JohnAGERPassed away peacefully on July 4th 2019 aged 87 years. Barrie was a member of the choir at St James C of E Church, Shirley for many years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He taught Craft at St Andrew's County Modern School, Ada Road, Bordesley, Birmingham, from 1954, and then taught Design Technology at Ninestiles School, Acocks Green, Birmingham, until 1988. He also presided in the evenings at Golden Hillock College of Further Education, as Head of Centre. The funeral service is to be held at St. James Church, Shirley at 3:00 pm on 19th July. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to: Foodbank, Sparkhill.
