ElizabethO'CONNOR (nee Rathbone)O'CONNOR ELIZABETH (nee Rathbone ) Peacefully on 7th February, in the arms of her beloved husband John, Betty aged 86 years. Precious mother of Francis, Edel, Carmel, Michael and Anne. A deeply loved mother-in-law and a simply adored grandma and great grandma. There are no words to describe our love for her. A brave and wonderful lady who fought so many battles to be with us. We will treasure every moment we spent with her. Betty meant so much to so many. She asked for nothing and gave her everything. She was devoted to her family and will be missed so deeply. Rest in Peace beautiful, beautiful Mam. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her. Funeral cortège to leave her home in Redcar at 10.25am on Friday, 21st February for a Requiem Mass at 11am at The Holy Name of Mary Church in Linthorpe, followed by interment at Acklam Cemetery. Betty will be resting at Colin McGinley Funeral Service, before being brought home to her family on the evening of Thursday 20th February.
